Services avalaible:
INSTALLATIONS
They include the installation of the instruments at the customer’s site, in accordance with the instruction manuals and official suggestions for correct use.
REPAIRS
Restoration of the correct functioning of the instrumentation not working in our laboratories or at the customer’s site in quick times.
CONTRACT MAINTENANCE
Ordinary maintenance contracts of one or more years of preventive or insurance type, in relation to the customer’s needs, recommended to keep your instruments in an optimal and lasting state.
SETTINGS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Carried out according to procedures compliant with national and international standards such as ISO9000, GMP, GLP and using ACCREDIA, DKD, NIST certified standards. The results are documented in modules dictated by our procedures (this type of service is normally combined with contract maintenance).
