DISTILLATION TIME:

An instrument devoted to the oenological sector and in general to alcohol solutions, for the determination of alcohol in the agro-food sector.

Heating system can guarantee, exceptionally short, the extraction of alcohol from the matrix in which it is dissolved. The sample matrix may be of any type, being the "open distillation vessel" instrument, a condition that greatly simplifies the preparation steps of the sample and the finished distillation washing and cleaning.
The instrument is equipped with a dual microprocessor-controlled distillation system and is controlled by a membrane keyboard where ALCOOL I distillation for poor liquid matrices can be selected (100% of the current passes through the electrodes) or ALCOOL II (70% of the current passes through the electrodes) for dense or semisolid matrix rich in ions.
All deteriorable parts are easily accessible and can also be replaced by non-specialized personnel, thus simplifying ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
The carrying structure of the instrument, completely in stainless steel AISI 304 of 1.5 mm thick, always keeps it in perfect functional and aesthetic conditions.

- Alcohol: about 4 minutes (per 100 ml of alcohol solution); about 6 minutes (for 200 ml of alcohol solution)

The tool comes complete with manual in Italian.
